Switched PI Control Based MRAS for Sensorless Control of PMSM Drives Using Fuzzy-Logic-Controller

With the use of sensorless control strategy, mechanical position sensors can be removed from gearbox, so as to decrease maintenance costs and enhance system robustness. In this paper, a switching PI based model reference adaptive (MRAS) observer using Fuzzy-Logic-Controller (FLC) is introduced for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. The main work innovation paper include: 1) A disturbance voltage compensation method proposed solve problems distortion in source inverter (VSI) fed PMSM systems. 2) double closed-loop FLC designed speed current control. response performance regulation accuracy command are improved, difficulty manual adjustment parameters avoided. 3) strategy MRAS stator resistance tracking. By setting different thresholds, choose appropriate mechanism on amplitude error variable, which improve estimation dynamic 4) experimental results given verify availability scheme.
